Continuing Educational Opportunities
Our 140 year history with lumber serves as a strong foundation for a great workforce, brimming with ambition and a strong work ethic. Workers here are resourceful and vastly trainable. Through our partnership with Nicolet College, with educational sites both in Crandon and within the Forest County Potawatomi Community, we have ample opportunities for continuing education and training. Forest County Business – National Successes
The business climate in Forest County is energized with companies whose products are marketed on the local and national stage. Well known for the hardworkings and ingenious people, over one century in the wood industry dating back to the pioneering days of the 1870’s gives a distinct advantage and tradition.
Numerous products have been and continue to be produced from sustainably managed forests with practices first developed by legends such as WD Connor nearly a century ago.
